I am having strange problem, I have BCMR to run the Real-Time and Historical Reports for several Hunt-Groups. I can start the BCMR Server Application and can see the system connected to PBX. I can perform Downloads and I can see Data running and also after running Updates . Once this has completed, I start my Client BCMR connection, and once connected, I can run any Real-Time Report and the agents connected.

But when I try to run any Historical Report like: Daily, Weekly or Monthly I an getting the following error: 8001 - Can not open File: < file full path name > Correction Indicates : Use Microsoft Explorer to check that the File Exist in the Location Path

I Don't understand where and how to check or correct this error, 1st time this messages appears,. Previous Month I have been Running Historical Reports with No Problem. Need steps to correct error, using old BCMR Versión.

If I recall correctly, BCMR is basically an Access database and the clients connecting to BCMR access that through Windows file sharing. So, check stuff like file permissions and maybe the Windows Event Viewer - maybe it'll give you a clue to what/why it refused a connection.
