AVAYA BCM50 Smart Update

I am having a problem with downloading the smart updates from the AVAYA site. I do have full access.

When I select a particular update, I then select the zip file and where it goes is beyond me. I would appreciate any input as to what I may be doing wrong.

Try right clicking your mouse and "save target As" I find this works most times on Avaya.

I have found that it is a IE8 issue.
I am able to download using Firefox

Don't ask me why?? I am still trying to resolve it otherwise with limited success.

If you're using Win7, it might by default go in "downloads". Click on start and right tab ,should be right there.
