these conferences phones have to be rebooted (unplug the power) every time we do a conference call. they seemed to go in some sleep state if we don't use it ... the next time they are not responsive. the only solutions to this problem is to unplug the power cord and restart the phone.

any idea as how to fix this issue?
 
Ours works fine even after weeks of sitting idle, make sure it's got the latest firmware and if already so you have other issues, I imagine the network/network hardware :)

 
We never hear a peep from customers with these phones. Per amriddle01, look at local environment.
