Avaya B179 conference phone setup 1

Dear exoert,

I found my B179 IP Phone could not register to the IPO server after the reboot of the phone set.
The protocol of the SIP changed from TCP 560 to TLS 561 after each reboot although I save it before.
Is there any method to resolve it?

Go to the Provisioning tab under Settings, and under Device Management where you see a field for File Server Address, remove the entry.

Back to the SIP tab under Settings, scroll to the bottom of the page, check the button for UDP, and if your port is anything other than the normal 5060, enter it here (an I'm sure you meant 5060 and not 560)
