hello guys,
i am having problem with conferance phone.
i am getting busy dial tone while accessing another line for conferencing
even to internal extns i cant make conferance from B159 phone
first call is going perfect but for second call getting this issue
even from IP phone i am not able call 2 persons from analog lines

done changes in flash settings (almost every parameter) but nothing worked

normal conferencing is working fine

I think you are misunderstanding the way in which those phones are deigned to be used :)

I'd recommend making call and transferring to a conference bridge rather than attempt a 3-way add-on type call.

Make sure the user has more than one appearance under button programming.

Have you changed the short codes in the setup? I belive by default it is setup to use CM not IPO.

Appereance buttons is allready configured for all users

@CalgaryJeff
which shortcodes you are talking about? there is no shortcodes are created for conference

1 short code i have added
*47 conference add 0

but still the same problem

@CalgaryJeff
can you please tell me how can i put flash before the shortcode?

The button with a handset and up arrow is utilized as the flash key on the B159. If you are on a call, you should be able to press that button and receive dial tone. Dial out the next number to connect. Once connected, press the flash again and dial *47 to join everyone.

the same i have configured and trying but when i am pressing flash button i am getting busy tone

We're having the same issue. Pressing the flash button does nothing. If the caller is put on hold, any press of a button brings them back but but can't connect to another caller. Any suggestions?

Figured it out. There is a setting for R-Pulse on the B159 that needs to be changed based on location (for NA it is 500ms). Once I changed that, I was able to connect.
