We purchased an Avaya B149 conference phone two years ago from a local installer.
This thing has been used literally three times and now the bottom two rows of the keypad don't respond.
The retail installers want paid by the hour and there is no chance of getting an RMA from Avaya.
What should I do before I take the dang thing apart?
