What do you mean? I'm trying to do a fresh install of MAS server and MSS. I need to finish the DCT file before loading but i cant find this tool. Need help.

Well i can tell you that you do not use the ART tool to do an install so i don't know what you are talking about unless you mean the RFA for the lic file.

I'm trying to setup the MSS and the MAS and trying to complete the DCT file. However to be able to complete this file I need to put the product ID of these servers before loading. The automatic registration tool (ART) generates the product that i will be needing. And thats basically it. I hope this is clear.

Product ID number
For each MAS, specifies the unique 10-digit number used to identify each Messaging Application Server. It is assigned at system installation. This field may be left blank.

This is from the help file on the dct tool. When you final register the system they can tell you over the phone what the id is and then you can change it on the MAS and MSS
