Is there any way to have the automatic exclusion feature activated without affecting music on hold? I have the automatic exclusion on and an exclusion button on every phone. This keeps callers from hearing the music on hold. This is a hospital so I have to keep the exclusion feature on for privacy, but they also want music. Any suggestions or am I stuck? Thanks!
