HI
I am using Avaya Aura CC 6.1 i have issue with the RTD as follow:
when the day start at 12:00 am everyday S.L be 100% and depending on traffic it will decrease till traffic stable but since few bdays ago it is initially S.L 0.0% and increase step by step. which one of the two cases is the corret and how we can modify it.
