Hello

I have a script within contact centre 6.3 that collects digits ie. press 1 for orders or 2 for queries then which ever one is selected it routes to the correct cdn.
I want to be able to ask the customer to enter their account number after they have pressed 1 or 2 before it routes off.
Is this possible to do in the same script????

Any help would be much appreciated.
 
This is easy to do using the same basic code as the menu, just need to set the appropriate number of digits or use a terminating character. However, what would you then want to do with this information?
