Anyone running Avaya Aura Contact Center 6.x with Siebel CRM integration?
Solution needed: Incoming call to AACC. Based on the CLID, the Siebel CRM should pop-up customer information on agent desktop when answered.
What is needed? Could this be done using AACC features, 3. party solution, etc.?
