i suggest you get a copy of the AAC implementation guide.
there are several ways to achieve this depending on how your AAC connects to your PBX infrastructure. this differs depending on whether you have SM or a direct sip trunk to a CLAN or PE - but it is handled by UDP to AAR to the route
for the maximum participants, this is determined by:
1 - license
2 - configuration
if your license is limited to 80 ports, then this is the physical limit. then you can also split up to port usage between demand and scheduled reservations, reserving a % of the total ports for scheduled, but allowing the overbook % to allow the consumption of all ports.
