Im new here and new in Avaya Aura CM.
I have a problem mit settings for two AVAYA 9408 Phones in AURA CM 7.1.
Phonenumber 1000 - Secretary
Phonenumber 2000 - Boss
- I need to have all incoming calls to the BOSS (number 2000) are routed to the secretary by default and boss's phone should not ringing. Only the secretary can redirect the call to the boss and then phone sholut ringing.
- Several people from specific numbers can directly connect with the boss (bypassing the secretary).
Could anyone help me?
