having an issue with an Audix system in that calls internal & external to the Audix Pilot number sometimes get a personal greeting ( 4 port system ) rather than the generic login " Welcome to Audix " , random in that I can call the HG and get the expected "LOGIN" propmt 98% of the time - calling the 6 port system 240 times and each port answered 40 times - fails 4 times on random ports - port 2 & 3.

replaced AYC10 board - called the system over 300 times and was fine but started again - random both internal & external calls.

the ports are defined as the correct extension in the Definity and Audix system and more so conneceted in the right order othwise the fail rate would be higher as in everytime it hit the port / extension in question.

don't think it's the analog ports / DTMF as this is using CLAN over LAN and it gets it's information via TCP / IP

could try and do a direct connect between CLAN and Audix and take it off the Network for starters.

move to another Clan board -

using the last 4 ports on the 24 port analog card and very little else on said analog card -

just an odd issue as we did have a power supply go and was replaced which was the last event ***** don't recall this happening prior to power supply fail **** the Audix system is booted every month.
