We have an Avaya S8500 at the main location and a G700 at the other location and each has an attendant console. Main site is attendant 1, ext. 3000, tenant 1 (group 1) and the other is attendant 2, ext. 4020, tenant 2 (group 2). When attendant 2 is on the phone and a call comes into 4020,from either internal or external, they do not get the call waiting tone. They only get it if they are not on anther call or if an internal extension dials 0. Can anyone tell me why this is? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
