Hi there, some advice please.
I am trying to block certain external IP's from passing through my ASBCE to my IP Office.

If I go to DMZ Services>Firewall and add a single IP Address there, then the ASBCE is successfully dropping the registration requests. Eg 185.53.88.102 (An actual hacker IP)
However I would like to block off subnets as these hackers probably have a /18 and just change their IP and then they are through again.

It does say you can insert and accepts the input of 185.53.88.0/255.255.255.0, where XXX.XXX.XXX.0 is the hackers subnet, but when I do this I see the registration requests passing through again.

Where might I be going wrong? I have tried (which it also accepts) /24

Any advice appreciated.

Thanks
