hey guys,
i hope someone can help me with this
When a caller calls the emergency line, the call is routed from Cisco to ANS which in turn setup a bridge conference with 3 different departments (Hunt Group). In case of another call, a new bridge conference is created. If the first bridge caller hung up, the bridge is still on by the members of the 3 different departments and in this case if a 3rd caller calls the emergency line he joins directly the first conference bridge which should not happen this way as it should create a new bridge conference or at least put it in a queue. can anybody tell me how to solve this as its driving me crazy ??
