Has anyone any experience programming a Polycom WX250 phone as a SIP remote user? I think there is something in the SBC in the signal manipulation to only allow J179 phones to pass through and register. Does anyone know how to change this in the SBC to allow 3rd party phones to register as a remote phone? Thanks

The SBC can be configured to limit the device types (User Agent) assigned to the Endpoint Flow.

Yes - compare the flow you are connecting to with the User Agents list.
