Hi,
Hope you could help me with this plain question of mine regarding Avaya AES.
We have an Avaya CM-Avaya AES-Altitude dialler integration for out outbound calls.
Agents should automatically log-in to a phone when they log-in to this Altitude agent software. But the problem is, some agents were having a problem. Upon log-in to their altitude software, the log-in to softphone doesn't follow.
Note: I have no problem in manual login
Where should I start to look up? Does Avaya AES don't send log-in events from Altitude dialler to Avaya CM?
Is there a logs or report (like CDR) that I could pull from AES that all proper events are being send by AES?
Avaya AES version is 5.2
Hope you could help me.
Thanks,
Comnor
