Is anyone else having issues accessing Avaya's ADI website.

Might not be the best forum to post this - but it is a technical problem :)

Thanks!

"For assistance with legacy ADI license orders please email smbscc@avaya.com"

Kinda sucks, lots of ADI licenses still out there!!

I have used it frequently just to see what's on a key. It's a pain to call the distributor. What do you guys think?

I use it very regularly, we have several SD cards with licences in stock, we use them for all sorts. I think I was clever enough to print off the licences recently, but not sure I did them all.

Well - Avaya has done it again ..... looks like everyone who has an existing IPO system R9.1 or older can
no longer lookup licenses on their SD Cards - Feature keys .... and buying the ADI licenses is phasing out with restrictions.

From Avaya email today......

"Direct external access to ADI is currently not available. IP Office legacy ADI expansion quotes and orders are available through Avaya One Source (A1S).

Please see attached materials for instructions on how to quote and order IP Office legacy ADI expansion licenses via Avaya One Source.

Requests for current ADI license keys on a Feature Key can be sent to smbscc@avaya.com. Please include the authorized reseller name and Link ID, the name of the end customer who currently owns the system, the physical address of the IP Office control unit, and the current Feature Key serial number. A copy of the license file will be emailed to you.

Simple swap requests from one ADI Feature Key to another Feature Key can be sent to smbscc@avaya.com. Please include with the request the reason for swap, reseller name and Link ID, the name of the end customer who currently owns the system, the physical address of the IP Office control unit, as well as current and replacement Feature Keys.

Complex swaps involving partial licenses moves or more than 2 Feature Keys must be submitted via ITSS (search on ADI and select “ADI-Request Other Service”). Enter the same information as indicated for a simple swap and include the details of the requested license moves.

To avoid being billed for licenses related to swaps due to non-return, the old SD Card with matching serial number must be removed from the back of the IP Office control unit and physically returned to Avaya within 30 days at one of the following addresses:

Wow, that's just made everyone's life so much simpler!

Any chance you can link or post the email from Avaya? I haven't received anything on it :(

DTGMI posted the only thing that was sent out. They did not notify anyone by email. If you had an issue- they sent you the above info.

Because they didn't want the backlash on a Friday.

They hope it will trickle in over time because not all people discover it at the same time.

And to force everyone to upgrade and be on PLDS - to make MONEY
