Avaya ACSS 7.0 W/ AAMS cannot login to Element Manager

Hi all,
Having issues with logging into the Avaya Aura media server element manager, getting incorrect username/password
Is there a way to reset this?, I've tried admin/Admin123$ however having little joy,

You're going to have to either:
1) reinstall.
2) Log a ticket with Avaya Support and refer to internal SOLN329176. Support will have to escalate so you'll have to be patient.

Reinstall- fixed today/ tomorrow

Depending on the URI configuration the ICR can be completely ignored.

If your URI is configured to use internal data then the IP Office will look into the user's SIP tab and if you have *'s it will look into ICR.

Is it recommended to just uninstall the media manager side of it then reinstall or would you say a entire reinstall is better?

i would only reinstall what is required to make the problem go away.
