avaya acs partner mail vs.5.0 hard reset

Hello, I have acs 7.0 processor and 308 card and acs partner mail 5.0 card w/ 4 port exp card, I set up system and it works good
i prsee #777 and it lets me log in ex 10,11,12 ect with password 1234 when I go to 99 and press 1234 it says invalid password,
I would like to just reset vm and start over.

You have to know the password for mailbox 99 to be able to reset the voicemail back to default.
