Avaya ACM Incoming CLI

Hi Guys,

I have a customer that gets three different scenarios when receiving incoming calls. Some show incoming CLI(when CLI is presented), some show as anonymous(When cli is withheld) and some show as the name in the Group Name of the trunk group form but I cannot work out what causes the Trunk name to be presented, Can anyone help?
