Hi All,
Installing an Avaya ACCS 7.0 with an IPO R11
This is my first time installing and getting a few strange issues,
The IPO is fully commissioned and working and we have got the ACCS to a stage where the dashboard is giving us all green ticks and it's registered on the system
I can log into the ACCS via web also - However I am having a problem when I dial the ACCS it answers then drops the call 2 seconds later - I was expecting to answer with the default route
Hope someone can help
