Hi all,
We are trying to get the email working in Avaya ACCS 7.1.0.3 using O365 but we keep on getting Logon Failure: Unknown Username or Bad password error.
We are able to login to the mailbox via outlook web access or using a third party email client with the given credentials.
We have tried POP3 with Cleartext, TLS and StartTLS, as well IMAP with TLS and StartTLS.
Any suggestions on what could be the problem here?
