Avaya ACCS & Agent Desktop

Hello ...

I have ACCS 7.1.2, all is fine and working, all agents is cofigured using domain, we got this error when try to connect Avaya Agent Desktop

is this related to missing something configuration on ACCS server, i dont face this before, and on the same agent PC sometimes working probally without any issue

Hi Brian,

It's not necessarily a config issue. On startup AAAD looks firstly locally (I think its usually c:\ProgramData\Avaya\Avaya Aura Agent Desktop)
and then checks the server either for an updated or a new copy of the AAAD config xml file. That's what the message may be indicating.
It could also be the CCMM server(s) details being incomplete in the CCMM admin utility. Take a look at a working AAAD install's config file
in that location and compare them.
