All,

I have about 100 VM users where we have selected personal attendant/assistant and input an extension in for personal/attendant/assistant for callers who press "O". We want to change all 100+ users back to default attendant(operator). Is there a way we can mass change this back or will I need to go into each extension and change.

You are probably going to have to change it on each extension. Remember that the browser back button is your friend on this one and using it will speed things up considerably.

You can make this change via LDAP (good luck, but it is there) or with ProVision.
