Wanting to get some users web access to their Voicemail but don't want them to have access to make any changes in the preferences tab. Is there a way to disable that tab or somewhere in the admin within AAM itself where I setup their VM boxes.

jsaunde7,
Build them a new COS with Web Access. Then select the permissions you want to give them. Email with wav file and so on. Then give them the link They would then enter the mailbox number and password for their mailbox and they can do what they are allowed.

@ fondog2

I've done that part but I don't even want them to have the option to select the preferences tab from the web. I can only block permissions to certain stuff but I just don't want them even poking around in the preferences tab.

It cant be done unless you modify the website but that will be a pain unless you have a developer on site.
