Wanting to get some users web access to their Voicemail but don't want them to have access to make any changes in the preferences tab. Is there a way to disable that tab or somewhere in the admin within AAM itself where I setup VM boxes.

Where in the COS does it allow you to block the preferences tab?

I was wrong I was thinking about the COS box for Allow Messaging Web Access not allow user preference. What is it you don't want them to access? You may still be able to disallow most in the COS so they cant change it in the tab.

I don't want them to be able to go into the preferences tab to touch or do anything...They will see something if we give them access and just want the take the liberty of changing something just to see what it does so don't even want to give the that opportunity.
