Hello all you techies out there!

Not sure if this is the right forum, but seems close enough for me.

I'm facing a very strange issue on one of the clients computer. Unfortunately the high manager's computer. [sad]
It does not happen on other computers in the company, only his laptop. It only happens with the Avaya CCMA web interface and not any other web or application.

What the issue is:
Its hard to describe and will be best if you could see the screen capture which I took recently: screen capture
What I'm trying to show in that video is that the mouse clicks are actioned elsewhere than the mouse cursor appears on the screen. If you look at the video, I'm first selecting a person with a left mouse click. It selects the correct person under the mouse cursor, but you can see that it highlights a row or more below the cursor. That wouldn't be much of an issue, but the problems start with the right click. You can see in the capture, that when I right click on a person to bring up a context menu, it selects a person far below the cursor position.
The more down with the cursor you go, the bigger the difference is. You can see that exactly in time 1:03 when I right click at an agent named Najmanova Adela, but the context menu appears for a supervisor 7 rows down below Puchyova Martina.

This happens even when the laptop connects to a remote desktop and launches an IE from there = so I suspect no IE issue.

Please help me identify where the problem is. I suspect some ActiveX problem, but I'm not sure how to identify that or troubleshoot this.

What we have done so far to remedy this:
all the below with PC restart after each action.
- Updated all the laptop's drivers to its latest versions.
- The laptop is running latest WIN10 64bit, latest Java (1.8.0_151-b12), Flash 28.0.0.137, the web is added in Compatibility View settings...
- Defaulted the Internet Explorer and started again.
- Uninstalled all the AVAYA IRELAND Add-Ons added to the IE during the first start of the CCMA and reinstalled them.
- Compared the .NET framework versions installed on PC where it works VS the laptop where it doesn't

The complete WIN reinstall is not an option, because customer stubbornly refuses this, because all other apps and webs are working fine for him thus he blame us (AVAYA).

Can you please advise what should I look for or how to troubleshoot this?
Thank you

regards
Jou
