Avaya 96xx IP Phone with NSA 3500

I can get the phone to establish the VPN tunnel and contact the phone system. The problem I have is the phone is not registering with the phone system and I have no dial tone. I heard something about turning off H.323 transformations. Where would I find that in the SOnicWall?
