So I have two Avaya phones (9650 and 9620L) that were working fine in my old house behind a sonic wall. I moved to a new house, new sonic wall, different IP address range.
VPN to my office has all the ports open. Phones wouldn't get a dial tone so I figured I'd reset them.
Do both RESET and CLEAR on both, put in the Call Server and rebooted. It connected to the server and asked for the phone extension. Afterwards the phone is stuck with "Phone" at the top.
I've tried manually entering all the IP info in the phone as well as DHCP. Worked fine at the old location and was almost working here (i.e. buttons had words, extensions were showing). Reset and Clear seems to have put these into a state that I can't recover from.
