Avaya 9640 Voice Dialing

We have Avaya 9640 phones and I was told that you can do voice dialing by pressing the contact button. I have gone into the 46xxx setting file and uncommented the VOX but it still is not working. Any suggestions??? thanks

Yes, try here;

The 96XX is not supported on the IPOffice so you'll need the DEFINITY forum.
