Have a customer asking if this phone works on the UCx?

Yes, it does. One note - if the phone is on the local LAN, make sure to turn the NAT option in the extension's configuration to No.

Actually, sorry - I didn't read carefully - I can confirm that phones from the 79xxG series work. But in general, there should be no reason why the 96xx SIP phones wouldn't work.
