Customer has an Avaya IPO 500V2 R9.1

They are using 9621 IP phone. Initially I was told when calling into a conference bridge the calls were being dropped after about 15 mins. Contacted the SIP truck provider. We reach out to the ISP and discovered the that the SIP /ALG was not enabled. We had them disable the SIP / ALG it and placed a test call and everything worked. Shortly after Customer contacted me to inform me calls were still being dropped. This time they decided to give me all the information. The calls are only dropped when they are using the speakerphone.

Any ideas why this is happening?

Maybe the phone is on mute (listening only) and the provider disconnects because no audio is seen for a period of time?
