Avaya 9620L no call display

Hi, we mainly use the 5410 at the office, and I got a few 9620L for a different office.
we have configured a router for that external office, so there is a permanent VPN, the 9620 have been configured, and they work fine.
now the only issue, is the call display on the IP 9620
I configured one of this ip Phones, to test in the main office, and I still do not see who is calling.

any ideas?

Which hardware/software of IP Office and phones?
Do the phones read the upgrade files from a file server?
