Avaya 9620 VPN Phone rebooting after every phone call

Has anyone had an issue like this? after every call the user get a vpn tunnel failure and has to reboot her phone. I had it up at my office for a week and it never rebooted. I want to point it towards her internet at but they have two phones and only one is acting up.
