avaya 9620 getting beep tone and 'connecting' message every monday

we have an issue where sekeced 9620 phone are having a beep tone and connecting message on display every mondays.
these phones have no dial to until to unplug cable at the back, and they work fine the whole week.
however, users are geeting frustated for them to rests the phone every mondays

any ideas the cause?

Likely a network issue, but I'd start checking the h323 connection between your PROCR/CLANs and the telephone sets. Ensure the PBX looks healthy and that the network isn't experiencing any issues. QoS should also be investigated, not for bandwidth reasons but reasons of routing/switching prioritization.

Do you have something happening with your data network over the network? Maybe a power saving mode kicking in?
