i have a current issue where selected 9620 getting a beep tone when lifting the handset and can see'connecting' on the display every mondays.
we need to unplug cable of the phones to restore dial tone and they work fine the whole week.
i just wonder issue re occur evey mondays only and users are dissappointed for themto keep on unplugging the cable.
any ideas?
