Avaya 9611s Timing out Immediately

9611G's being plugged in the first time on the network or once logged out are timing out immediately.

The normal screen to input user ID and Password is gone with 1 second.
This then shoots over to a screen that is locked and only has the option to reset the phone.

This is after the phone boots up, gets DHCP, LLDP, etc.

Currently running 6.6.04

Looking forward to your past experiences!
