Avaya 9611G, Transfer

Greetings

Having a couple problems with the Transfer smart key on a 9611G phone set. Transfer button is not working at all. If I connect a call, the transfer button shows, but does nothing after pressing it.

I come from a CS1000 environment, my first thought was COS, but have no idea what that would be like in IPO.

Any help would be appreciated.

Internal transfer or off switch transfer?

Also what version of IP Office software and what number of call appearances. They made changes to make it possible to make a transfer without needing any free call appearance buttons but that wasn't possible in older releases.

Stuck in a never ending cycle of file copying.
