I have an extension built via 9608SIP with dual sidecars (BM12 x2) that has existed in the system for quite some time. What I am running into is the user has requested some changes to their Bridged Appearance and Busy Indicators labels from say John Smith to Ashley Brown under the Communicator Manager via System Manager 8.0 page I am receiving the below
Error while reading the Profile Settings and Button labels and favorites. Please check Endpoint is properly associated with User having Session Manager Communication Profile.
When I click on the Button Assignment tab all of the button labels are gone, which has happened before and essentially I re enter these personal labels which gets a bit tedious with 48 + labels to potentially change repeatedly. It has all of the signs of a DB corruption in my eyes, but I havent found much as to a resolution via Avaya ASSO or Googling. In a more extreme case, years ago the entire extension was deleted from the PBX and rebuilt as new and seemed to be fine for some time. So, I am trying to find how I can understand what is happening or how to eradicate the issue from happening. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
