I have aprox 4 Avaya 9608g IP phones. The side cars were removed and the phones seem to have lost the Transfer and the hold option. Looking for a fix and can these fixes be done on the physical phone or does this have to be updated by Admin level by computer ?
Also we have never had "Park-1 Park-2" as an option. Same question as to how this can be done.
