Avaya 9600 IP phone

I have an Avaya 9600 IP phone that was working, lost power and will not register now. All the IP addresses are correct. Does anyone have an idea of what to look for next?

do you see it obtaining the programming info as it starts up? i.e. contacting call server ..etc?

You could also try resetting the VLAN back to 0. I know that the ones we have, will not find the correct VLAN (assuming it changed) if they have one set.
