I have spoken with a few engineers regarding what licences are required on the Avaya IP Office R9.1 for the CRM system Act and the add on 'Dial-It' ( ) to work and I am getting conflicting information.

Please could someone confirm if the CTI Link pro licence is required for integration with this software and also if the 3rd party tapi driver is required for it to work?

Thanks in advance,

Low cost Avaya supplier.
