Avaya 9.0 with voicemail pro direct transfer to VM

Assuming you are using DID numbers, and don't want to put the user into DND, you'll need to create a shortcode to voicemail.
I usually would create a code such as **XXXX/Voicemail Collect/"#"N. Then send the caller to **1234, or whatever their extension is, as the destination for the call route.
There are other ways, but that should work.
