Been researching this for several weeks now. If you understand how VDN skills and VECTOR Q to (1st, 2nd, 3rd) works then you'll understand this. Problem is error says no VDN skill defined but I've been though all of them and they're all defined. Error is intermittent and only a very small % of our total volume but I need to find an answer. If anyone has identified this pls speak up. For the rest of you total geeks out there, the event 2 data info is 1140E00 (in hex, of course). Please help!

All I got is:

Skill indirection used improperly. either:
- no vdn skill administred
- vec cmd has skill indirection and eas is not enabled
- dpm_mgr data for vdn skill is invalid.
This is an internal software error and should (hopefully) never be seen.

hope this helps....

Check your VDN override settings - the call may be coming through a different VDN that gets routed to the second VDN which then queues to the skill.

If the override settings aren't correct and there is no skill 1st assigned to the first VDN, the call will not queue

I see the same issue. I've checked all the VDN skills, verified VDN override is how it should, EAS is enabled. I'm running CM 3.1.4.

Have any more ideas?

Okay maybe I didnt check ALL the VDN's. I had to dig pretty deep to trace a few vectors/VDN and Override is set to No and my skill isnt defined. I'll change it to Yes. I bet that fixes it.
