Avaya 7.1 Unable to upload announcements to VAL using ASA

Hi all

we have just found out after having 7.1 installed 3 months ago we can no longer upload annoucements to Val boards even in correct format

The situation is

If I back up an announcement and change it and re-upload i get bad file format
If i am sent new announcement in correct format but try to upload via ASA bad format again

But if i use WinSCP both scenarios work perfectly so there appears to be a 7.1 Vs ASA issue is anyone aware of this

your ASA should now be at 6.0.7 sp14

Current ASA Version 6.0.07 SP 14.03
Release Build 16:12:04 on Mar 30 2018

This appears to only affect pre recorded or pre existing

If I create a number and record it applies itself to the board
Board Version TN2501AP HW18 FW023

I think that covers it anyone else seen this
