Avaya 6211 transfer issue

Hi all,

I have an issue with a few avaya 6211 analogue phones.
When the user receives a call and press the transfer button on the phone, the call immediately hangs up.
Before I tell the client that they should change the phone to at least a 1408, I wanted to check if there is a way to fix this first.
All the other phone 1608 and 1408 are transferring with no issue.

Try increasing the maximum flash hook pulse width under the analogue tab of the extension form.
