Avaya 5610SW IP Beep 2

Hi,
Its been driving me crazy, is it possible to turn of the button press beeps on an Avaya 5610SW IP Phone? We also have some 1608 phones and within the menu you get an option to turn the beeps off. Just wondering whether its possible

Thanks for this, i'mve had a look and found this in the 5610 manual;
Volume Controls:
Adjusts the handset, speaker, headset, or ringer volume, depending on which item is in use. As you increase or decrease the volume, the top display area provides either a speaker, headset, handset, or ringer icon to indicate for which item you are adjusting volume, followed by a visual “volume meter” showing the volume level. These buttons also control the volume of the key click sounds made when you press fixed buttons on the phone, such as the dial pad or soft keys.

Only problem is i don't seem to be able to access the volume control for the button presses

You can not disable it on the 54 and 56 series
